I am starting to compile a creatures list for the game Guild Wars. I have semi-finished Ascalon so far.

6-02-2005

After almost two years, I finally made another version of my Alias Organizer. I started from scratch again and I think this version 3.0 is the best one yet.

5-07-2005

Another version of my Dungeon Crusade game. More bug fixes and a few changes.

4-17-2005

Took me awhile, but I have kind of finished a new game called General Conquest. I also modified my front page to display the programs I made in list form instead of in boxes.

2-20-2005

I made another Civilization III map. This one is of southern california.

Steven's Alias Organizer is a program I created to keep track of the ton of chat names and people that I come across online. A picture is can be used for each person. Eight fields of information about the person can be entered. Each field can be modified as well as the colors of the program. Many more features are on it, check it out!

Note: If you find a bug, I would like to know as many details as possible about when the bug occurred.

General Conquest 4-17-2005

Version 1.0 BETA

Here is a new game I made where up to five players battle to take over a map. Build armies, castles, and towns and try to enlist generals to command your armies to destroy your opponents. There are still many bugs.

StarCraft Maps

I've made these maps over the years. Many of them are old and not much effort went into them, but a couple of the newer ones aren't too bad. My Stargate and DarkShip maps are my best ones. All these maps require the game StarCraft or StarCraft: BroodWar to play. Under the type column states which game they require. The game may be several years old, but it is still a lot of fun.

10-19-2002 Explosion Dodger 8 Players, BroodWar

Version 1.0: Move your zergling around the map from space to space and avoid the explosions that occur all over the place at random.

10-19-2002 Total Defense 6 Players, 1 Comp, BroodWar Version 1.00g: Defend the Nexus in the middle for all 20 rounds. You get to build new units or buildings as you go along to assist you.
10-19-2002 SA Jomes Band Part 1 4 Players, 3 Comp, BroodWar Version 1.02: Send your team of secret agents on a mission that involves skill levels and different objectives. Many tools are available to aid in your mission.
10-19-2002 Island Survival 4 Players, 3 Comp Version 1.01: You are stranded on a tropical island and you must survive until rescued. You must search the island and find healing herbs, vines for shelter, and battle native beasts.
10-19-2002 Zerg Armageddon 4 Players, 4 Comp Version 1.00: Guard the 8 zerg beacons which spawn legions of zerg until times runs out. Each player has unlimited supplies to build a base and units.
10-19-2002 Search for Miniaya 4 Players, 3 Comp Version 1.07: This is an RPG map. You play the hero's who find the once peaceful Miniayan landscape is being over-run by foul creatures. The evil forces, led by the Black Dragon, aim to destroy the ancient land of Miniaya for good.
11-02-2002 Death Peak 8 Players, BroodWar Version 1.1c: Here is a defender map. 6 players are on the defense and get time to build up a base in which to defend their command center. The other 2 players must then destroy those command centers before the timer runs out. This is best played with 3v1 or 6v2. (defenders vs. killers)
11-02-2002 Space Race 6 Players, 2 Comp, BroodWar Version 1.0b: This is a map where the 6 players try to be the first one to bring a ground unit to one of two locations in the middle of the map. There are also two computer players which get in the way as well. Kill the comps, stop your opponents, and be the first to get to the location with the assorted units you are given.
11-02-2002 TP Ground Rpg 5 Players, 1 Comp, BroodWar Version 1.0c: You and your team-mates go through 13 different scenarios using 13 different Terran and Protoss ground units to defeat the Zerg and all their bosses. Not much of a story, but it eats up a good 40 minutes to an hour.
3-21-2003 Sniper Commander 8 Players, BroodWar Version 1.0b: A simple map. There are 4 teams, 2 per team. Each team has a commander they must protect and at the same time use their units to search the map and kill the enemy commanders. The more kills you have the better units you get. Fair sized map with a bunch of hiding places.
4-07-2003 Stargate 7 Players, BroodWar Version 1.0j:This map is based on the tv show and there are seven races to choose from. There are gates on the map that go between 24 different planets. There are 40 planets total. Build up your technology, planets, and forces and destroy your enemies. The map may be a bit complicated at first but is easy once the players learn how to use it. Trading units and minerals between players is also an option.
4-07-2003 Kill Ratio 6 Players, 2 Comp, BroodWar Version 1.0j: This map is pretty simple. Pick a unit and kill a bunch of computer monsters until ten rounds and the final bonus round has gone by. The player at the end with a unit still alive and with the most kills wins the game.
1-08-2004 Darkship 4 Players, 2 Comp, BroodWar Version 1.3: This is an RPG I made. You go around a ship and kill a bunch of monsters while trying to find a way off of the ship. A nice feature allows the computer to take over empty player slots. The ending is very hard and so far has never been beaten...
Update: This map was finally beaten today! With 4 minutes to spare even. Yay!

Civilization III Maps

Here are a few maps I made for the game Civilization III. All of these maps are for Play the World and/or Conquests. Most of them have a ton of resources and one is a funny chess like map. Civilization III is my favorite strategy game.

Date Map Type

Description

2-15-2003 4 Player Rumble 4 Players, PlayTheWorld A small map for four players. All players start with all resources readily available and all the squares on the map have special bonuses. Enjoy :)
2-15-2003 16 Player Rumble 16 Players, PlayTheWorld Similar to the four player map except that this map is huge and supports sixteen players. All resources are readily available again and all the squares are special.
2-15-2003 Chess 16 Players, PlayTheWorld A funny chess board kind of map that I made. It doesn't work with computer players though. They are too stupid to leave their island, lol.
1-12-2004 Fortress 4 Players, Conquests A tiny map with 4 players. Plenty of resources for each player as well as good strategic land to defend their borders with.
1-12-2004 King of the Hill 8 Players, Conquests A map with several layers. Each civilization starts in a desert and will strive to move closer to the center of the map where the terrain and resources improve. Whoever claims the center will have a greater advantage over all others.
1-12-2004 Capital 8 Players, Conquests Each player starts on a small area of land with all resources next to them. There is room on the tiny map for a couple more cities per civilization. Accelerated production is recommended.
2-20-2005 Southern California 8 Players, Conquests A map I made of southern california. A standard map for 8 players.

Duke Nukem 3D Maps

Here are a few low quality Duke Nukem 3D maps I made a long time ago. They are pretty bad. I can't find my 'good' ones. This is a very old game and probably hardly ever gets played anymore. But it was fun in its day.

Date Map Description
10-20-2002 Airplane Guess what? This map takes place on an airplane, simple enough. Kill stuff, then kill the big boss dude on the wing of the plane, if you figure out how to get there. Not the best map and there may be a button broken...
10-20-2002 Escape This one I think takes place after my prison map, where you must flee the prison grounds after you escaped from the actually building. Not much excitement here, mostly plain with little brains needed. The 'shocking' room likes to crash, so don't shoot anything in there if you can help it.
10-20-2002 Payment This map has some kind of wanna-be bank in it with an easy to follow maze and no real imagination. The enemies are pretty tame.
10-20-2002 Prison Here is the one where you escape the prison. The prison is pretty small and easy to move around in. One switch though will be hard to find and could get annoying, but other than that, a pretty harmless map.
10-20-2002 Refinery This one is all about the sewage and such. It comes after the Escape map I believe. Move around in the refinery till you find a way out. Watch out for the big room with the electric beams and such....the games likes to crash there sometimes.
10-20-2002 Satilite Some random space map I made I think. Forgot much of the premise behind it. The outside of the ship is horribly done. Check it out if you want.
10-20-2002 Sewer A sewer, plain and simple. Move around the slush, nothing too hard to figure out although there is an annoying room if I remember right.
10-20-2002 Shuttle I totally forgot what this map was supposed to be. Possibly a space map? I don't know... your guess is as good as mine.
10-20-2002 Train Ding ding ding, this takes place on a train. Nothing too grand about this one, although it is probably my most advanced map here out of all of them, which is pretty sad, lol. Enjoy.

Q-Basic Programs

Here are a few Q-Basic games I made long ago. Q-Basic is an old programming language that I learned to program on many years ago. It can be downloaded anywhere and comes with many Windows disks. Q-Basic 7+ is needed for some of them I think.

Date File Description
3-24-2003 Astroid A simple real old program where you use the keyboard to move back and forth to dodge the asteroids (circles that come at you). There is a high scores list that goes along with the program also. The faster the computer the harder it is usually.
3-24-2003 Boxing A horrible graphics boxing program that allows you to choose a boxer or make up your own boxer. Only simple commands such as left punch, right punch, super punch, and block are available. There are several different skill levels included.
3-24-2003 War One of my better old crappy programs where you command several types of units to destroy your opponent on an infinitely sized map. Made for two human players, this game could keep the interest of someone who is very very bored.
3-24-2003 War Tic Tac Toe A funny little tic tac toe program where you use the number pad on the right of the keyboard to select a square to move to. At the end your pieces move to the top and go yay...

Other

Everything else is piled up here. If anything starts becoming numerous then I will add a category for it whenever.

Date File Type Description
5-31-2003 Weather Civilization II Scenario This is a civ 2 scenario I made that uses weather units and stuff. You start with a weak things like drizzle and advance your units to storms and stuff. The land forms are pretty bad and it's one player and stuff. It has it's own graphics though.
7-28-2003 Old Background Image - JPeg The old background I used to use on this site.
7-28-2003 Old Logo Image - Bmp My old logo I used to use on my programs and this site.
9-27-2003 10% Complete Writing - Story A story I'm writing about the funny, yet unpractical, idea of combining the worlds of StarCraft, WarCraft, and Diablo. I got bored and stopped working on this. I may pick it up down the road sometime.
9-01-2003 A World of What Writing - Poem A poem like thing I wrote the other night when I was not able to sleep.
10-10-2003 The Great Water Experiment Writing - Essay Something I wrote about my experiment with drinking more water wondering if water actually helped any.
10-10-2003 Show/Hide Button Image - JPeg The image I created to use along with the show/hide feature I put in.
10-06-2004 My Creature Image - JPeg I drew something. I don't have a scanner so I had to take a picture of it with my camera. After shrinking it further it doesn't look so great, but oh well.

WarCraft III Maps

I've started playing Warcraft III: Frozen Throne ladder as of late. I have made a few maps which require the game WarCraft III or WarCraft III: Frozen Throne to play. I stopped playing melee; I realized how much I suck. =)

1-21-2004 Replay: Great Win Frozen Throne Replay

Game - Jan 19th: v1.14b:This is a replay of a great win I had even though I had a teammate desert me and my base being destroyed. It is a 3v3 Random Teams match. The file includes the replay and a Word document that has my comments.

2-14-2004 Castles 8 Players, Frozen Throne

Version 1.0:This melee map contains two castle like areas. Four players start in each castle and battle each other for control over the surrounding land and in trying to take over the other teams castle. Each castle has an elevated wall that allows for a good defensive platform. Each castle also contains one random building. Two more random buildings also exist in the wilderness for a player to utilize. Good luck.

5-16-2004 Warcraft Basketball 10 Players, Frozen Throne

Version 1.5:This is a Basketball map I made. Five units on either team run around a court playing basketball. They can shoot, pass, steal, block, foul, rebound, and other stuff. A computer player can fill in for any empty slot. You may select how many quarters you wish to play. Four unit types are available. Version 1.4 makes a few tweaks and additions.

5-16-2004 Mario Clone Insanity 12 Players, Frozen Throne

Version 1.3:Another map by me! This one is a Mario map. You get a Mario character and the goal of the game is too prove YOU are the true Mario out of them all by collecting the most coins. You can jump and kill various Mario monsters. There are also items such as mushrooms, flowers, feathers, and stars! Check it out. I actually had some positive reviews on this one. An AI has now been added also!

3-20-2004 Replay: Attrition Win Frozen Throne Replay

Game - Mar 17th: v1.14b: This is a replay of a win I had with my 'Stupid' account Craziness. I went into the game 1-11 and basically just sat there most of the time until my opponent ran out of resources, attacked me, and lost. I was level 2 and he was level 7. I won by being outplayed, hehe.

3-29-2004 Capture the Airship 12 Players, Frozen Throne

Version 1.0:The goal of the game is to capture all four airships. Work as a team, collect resources, and route your opponents to control them all. There are units to hire and items to buy. There are teleport pads to go to and from airships. I liked the idea but it didn't turn out the way I wanted.

11-14-2004 Cliffs of Lordaeron 2 Players, Frozen Throne

Version 1.0:A 1v1 map with each player starting out on opposite sides of the map on a raised cliff area. There is a dry riverbed down the middle of the map with gold mines on either end as well as two small hills with gold mines on them. There are four goblin shops scattered around. Creeps guard everything and give nice rewards to those who creep first.

11-14-2004 Craziness' Battles Frozen Throne Replay

Game - Nov 04': v1.17: There are three replays in this zip file. Someone challenged my "silly" account to a 1v1 melee match. I hadn't really played in months and it clearly showed. Two more games were played after this each one getting better and better for one player.
