Gothic School

Dreamt March 27th, 2009





I am a teenage girl throughout the dream. None of the people or places in the
dream match any person or place I know in real life. I am dressed in some kind
of gothic attire as are many of the other people in the dream.

The dream begins with me in an apartment. I'm not there long as I am getting
ready to move out. Me and my dream family move into a large gothic style
mansion. I don't remember how large my family was. I know I had a father,
mother, and some sisters. Early on I was trying to get enrolled into the
local high school.

The neighborhood turns out to be extremely dangerous. The school is within
sight of the mansion but the paths that lead to it are full of violent thugs.
There are a lot of metal fences everywhere and narrow sidewalks. One of my
siblings at some point tells me how to reach the school without being
attacked. I have to avoid walking near the fences or else the thugs will jump
out at me. There is also a boxed in fenced area directly between the mansion
and the school where a lot of fighting supposedly takes place. I am careful
to avoid all of these places.

Eventually I arrive at the high school and take a tour of the place. I don't
rememeber much about the school except there are a lot of long hallways. I
eventually return home to the mansion.

My home life at the mansion is very troubled and odd. My dream father was very
abusive to me. The abusive was implied by the dream and not actually seen so
much. It ranged from verbal to physical abuse. He never abused anyone else
in the family and in fact treated everyone else quite well. It also turns out
that we were all some kind of supernatural beings. I'm not sure (what if) any
kind of powers we may or may not have had. Everything about the mansion and
our family was dark and gothicy. We also kept Human prisoners locked away
somewhere in our mansion. They were either against us or had found out who
we really were.

I think I woke up at this point.
